Freelance Web Designer

Role Overview

Freelance Web Designer for the Tendem project at Mindrift. You’ll design marketing pages, landing experiences, and conversion-driven web layouts that are consistent with the brand ecosystem, and package production-ready assets for implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or drafts.
• Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts using structured components.
• Prepare and securely package production-ready files for developer/no-code handoff (e.g., Figma frames, exported assets, and detailed specs).
• Maintain visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social materials.
• Verify layout quality before delivery (responsive behavior, spacing, clarity, and alignment with modern web trends).

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in web/UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications (desirable).
• Strong Figma expertise (responsive layouts, Auto-layout components, scalable design systems).
• Expertise in conversion-driven, pitch-style landing pages with excellent clarity and spacing.
• Experience preparing assets and specs for efficient implementation via developers or no-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Framer).
• Ability to keep brand aesthetics consistent across touchpoints (web, social materials, pitch decks).
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above.
• Structured, user-centric, conversion-minded approach and strong self-direction.
• Portfolio requirement: CV must include a link to a portfolio with relevant web design examples.

Time & Compensation

• Expected workload: ~10–20 hours/week during active phases.
• Pay: up to ~$50/hour equivalent, depending on level and pace of contribution.
