Role Overview

Freelance Solutions Architect (Sitecore) at Huge supporting complex digital initiatives. The role leads backend architecture for Sitecore (on-premise) solutions and works with modern frontend integration patterns (including headless).

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead backend architecture for Sitecore-based solutions (on-prem)
Define and support scalable component and system design
Collaborate with design/development teams to ensure end-to-end delivery
Partner with frontend teams to enable headless and integrated architectures
Translate business needs into technical solutions with stakeholders
Ensure quality, scalability, and performance across implementations

Requirements

Strong/mandatory experience with Sitecore on-premise
Hands-on expertise with Sitecore Experience Edge and GraphQL (critical)
Proven experience in solution architecture and backend design
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional and client-facing environments

Nice to Have

Familiarity with React and/or Next.js in headless architectures
