Freelance Software Engineer – AI Voice Cloning

Role Overview

Freelance Software Engineer supporting the beta phase of an AI voice cloning platform. You’ll help ensure the product is secure, stable, and performant while integrating and maintaining advanced AI voice technologies.

Responsibilities

• Debug and enhance the AI voice cloning platform during beta testing
• Clean up and maintain code from previous developers
• Implement security and stability frameworks to safeguard the platform
• Integrate third-party AI voice cloning solutions (e.g., ElevenLabs)
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs efficiently, and maintain reliability
• Collaborate with the team to assess project scope and deliver solutions
• Ensure the website and product remain secure and stable during development

Requirements

• Experience in AI software development, preferably voice cloning or related technologies
• Strong debugging and codebase maintenance/improvement skills
• Familiarity integrating third-party APIs and AI solutions
• Solid understanding of security and stability best practices for web platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving needs
• Based in the United States and available for long-term, part-time remote contract work

• Prior experience specifically with AI voice cloning platforms and productionizing beta systems
