Role overview

Freelance Software Engineer (AI Trainer) helping train AI systems by designing, coding, and evaluating programming tasks. Work is fully remote with a flexible schedule, and you can choose projects that fit your availability.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Preferred: previous experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Software Engineer/Programmer

Nice-to-haves

Preferred experience in Kotlin
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Work setup & compensation

Fully remote and flexible schedule
Available to candidates located in: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
Paid hourly via the platform, up to $60 USD/hour (higher-paying projects possible with strong performance)
Short assessment after account signup; paid work is unlocked after passing
