About the role

Role overview

You will work on the Algo Collateral project in Collateral Management, acting as a Freelance Senior Full Stack Software Architect and Collateral Management Specialist. The role focuses on senior-level work across architecture, DevOps, and AI for LC&I.

Key responsibilities

Own and drive Algo Collateral architecture and the DevOps & AI CoE trajectory and implementation for LC&I
Deliver end-to-end feature development & support
Collaborate with business stakeholders, other squads, and tribes
Mentor squad members
Improve code quality and software engineering standards
Enhance DevOps practices and monitoring
Drive down IT-run requirements

Requirements

10+ years of experience on large projects, with high-quality delivery
Extensive experience in Risk, Derivatives, and Collateral Management
Senior experience with .NET, domain architecture, DevOps, and AI
Strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders
Full-stack: .NET, Angular, PowerShell
ADO, GHEC, CI/CD
MSSQL and DW (data warehouse)
Design Patterns, Microservices, Domain-Driven Design
TDD, BDD, SonarQube
GenAI / Code AI skills and MCP
Ability to take primary responsibility for a larger group and lead/develop others

Preferred / contract details

Start/end (preferred): 01/05/2026 – 01/05/2027
Rate: €40–€60 per hour (annualized salary figures not applicable)
