Freelance Job Posting: AI Concept Artist

Role Overview

Freelance AI Concept Artist (Architecture & Landscape) for M Hudson Design’s remote production team during Phase 1: Design Discovery. You will use AI to rapidly explore and visualize ultra-luxury architectural and landscape styles based on drone photography and early design inputs.

Responsibilities

• Style Generation: Create 15–20 photorealistic conceptual images per project in new architectural/landscape styles (e.g., Tropical Modern, Mediterranean Revival, Coastal Contemporary).
• Prompt Engineering: Develop, refine, and document advanced text prompts to reliably produce high-end residential aesthetics.
• Image-to-Image Translation: Use drone photography and early sketches/massing as base inputs to preserve scale, context, and topography.
• Post-Production: Use Photoshop (or similar) to blend outputs, correct architectural anomalies, and deliver presentation-ready images.
• Collaboration & Turnaround: Work closely with the Creative Director via Monday.com, iterating on feedback and delivering concepts within 48–72 hours.

Required Qualifications

• AI Mastery: Expert proficiency with Midjourney v6 (or latest), including parameters, aspect ratios, style tuning, and prompt/image prompting.
• Architectural Sensibility: Strong understanding of architecture/landscape composition, lighting, and scale, and the ability to distinguish a “good render” from a luxury design.
• Post-Processing: Strong command of Adobe Photoshop for compositing, color grading, and fixing AI artifacts.
• Portfolio: Demonstrated ability to generate photorealistic architectural and landscape concepts using AI.
• Speed & Communication: Ability to work quickly in a remote, deadline-driven environment with clear English communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI rendering plugins integrating with 3D software: Veras 4.0, PromeAI, or LookX.
• Background in architecture, landscape architecture, or interior design.
• Familiarity with South Florida and Caribbean architectural styles.
