Freelance Graphic Designer (Remote)

Role Overview

Freelance Graphic/Apparel Designer for a premium Nordic-inspired sportswear brand focused on padel, tennis, golf, and lifestyle apparel. You’ll develop end-to-end design concepts and help build a cohesive product range.

Responsibilities

• Create original design concepts blending clean, minimal Scandinavian aesthetics with high-performance functionality and brand identity
• Collaborate with the internal team to develop a cohesive range (shirts, shorts, hoodies, lifestyle wear, and accessories)
• Produce tech packs and factory-ready files for production
• Recommend fabrics and source suitable performance/comfort materials
• Create marketing mockups and promotional visual assets
• Iterate designs based on team feedback and evolving brand direction
• Stay current on sportswear trends and apply relevant insights

Requirements

• Proven experience in apparel or graphic design (preferably sportswear or lifestyle)
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, minimal, premium design sensibilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant tools
• Ability to deliver high-quality, factory-ready files and comprehensive tech packs
• Understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and performance materials
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback/iteration
• Interest in a long-term freelance partnership
• Availability for remote collaboration and timely milestone delivery

Nice to Haves

• Experience specifically designing for sportswear categories (padel/tennis/golf) and lifestyle apparel

Engagement Model

Paid trial project first, with potential to establish a long-term partnership.
