Freelance Designer (project-based, remote, United States)

Control Shift Video is looking for a freelance designer to collaborate with its creative team on visual design for video, motion graphics, web visuals, and brand content.

Responsibilities

Design visual systems, frames, and assets for video and motion projects
Support branding, layout, and visual storytelling needs
Translate concepts into clean, purposeful designs
Prepare files for animation and production workflows

Requirements

Strong design fundamentals and visual judgment
Experience designing for motion or video
Clear communication and reliable delivery
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
