About the role

Role: Freelance App Developer – AI Trainer

Join DataAnnotation’s coding community to help develop and improve AI systems by completing programming tasks and evaluating AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that informs future AI model improvements

Requirements

Fluent English (native or bilingual)
Strong writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Prior experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Engineer/Programmer is preferred

Preferred / Nice-to-have

Kotlin experience (preferred)
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Logistics & Compensation

Fully remote with flexibility to choose projects and schedule
Hourly pay starting at $50–$100+/hr; higher-paying projects may be available with strong performance
Paid via PayPal
Work available only to people located in: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
