About the role

Role overview

Freelance App Developer (AI Trainer) for DataAnnotation. You’ll help advance AI development by completing programming tasks that train AI systems, working with modern AI models and contributing feedback that improves the next generation of intelligent systems.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that directly shapes future AI model outputs

Requirements

Native or bilingual English fluency
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Preferred: prior experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer
Preferred: Kotlin experience
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Work style & logistics

Fully remote with a flexible schedule (choose projects and hours)
Paid hourly (up to $60 USD/hour); higher-paying projects may be available with strong performance
Getting started involves a short assessment after account signup; passing enables access to paid work

Available only to people located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
