About the role

Role Overview

Freelance App Developer – AI Trainer at DataAnnotation. You’ll work remotely and choose projects/schedules that fit your availability, contributing to the development of AI systems by solving and evaluating programming tasks.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development.
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
Provide feedback that shapes the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

English fluency (native or bilingual).
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
Preferred: previous experience as a Software Developer / Software Engineer / Coder / Programmer.

Preferred / Nice to Have

Kotlin experience.
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.

Work Setup & Eligibility

Fully remote, with work available to people in: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand.
After signup, complete a short assessment; passing enables access to paid work via the platform.

Compensation

Paid hourly by project, up to $60 USD/hour.
Higher-paying projects may be available with strong performance.
