Freelance App Developer – AI Trainer (Android-focused)
Join DataAnnotation’s coding community to help develop and train AI systems by completing programming tasks and evaluating AI-generated code. You can work remotely with a flexible schedule and choose projects that match your availability.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
- Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
- Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
- Proficient with at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
- Preferred: Kotlin
- Preferred: prior experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Software Engineer/Programmer
Compensation & logistics
- Freelance hourly projects (hourly rate up to $60 USD/hour; higher-paying projects with strong performance)
- Paid via PayPal
- Fully remote from eligible countries (see below)
- Short paid assessment after account signup (serves as interview)
Location / eligibility
- Work available only to people located in: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand
- Those outside these countries will not see work or assessments
