Join our team as a Fraud Analyst Intern for the Winter Term (January 4, 2027 - April 30, 2027). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fraud operations and make a direct impact on the customer experience. You will review customer accounts, assess data for insights, monitor fraud dashboards, and participate in special projects. Ideal candidates are post-secondary students studying business or finance, with a strong work ethic and a passion for people, processes, and systems. Key missions: Review customer accounts to compile evidence for disputes.. Assess data to gather insights on customer behavior and identify opportunities.. Monitor Fraud Dashboards to ensure proactive fraud mitigation efforts. Profile: - You have the ability to learn quickly, paired with the desire to work hard - You are a critical thinker and problem-solver - You are a post-secondary student, studying business or finance - 1-2 years of work experience preferred - Experience with data analysis preferred - You have a strong work ethic with a desire to contribute to a fast-growing startup - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel - You have a passion for people, processes, and systems
