About the role
Role Overview
FP&A Manager for an international video game studio. You will own budgeting and forecasting and act as a finance business partner to production, studio, and executive stakeholders, while improving financial processes and tools.
Key Missions
- Budgeting & Forecasting: build, consolidate, and monitor project and department budgets; produce regular financial reporting.
- Finance Business Partner: track project costs, analyze variances, and provide strategic insights to production, studio, and leadership teams.
- Improve Financial Processes/Tools: contribute to management reporting, cost controls, and internal financial procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Control.
- Experience: 3–5 years in management control, financial analysis, or accounting.
- Skills: strong Excel skills.
Nice to Have
- Financial modeling experience.
- Experience with ERP or BI tools.
- Experience in the gaming or tech industry.
