Role Overview
Founding Product Marketing Manager at Vantage (first Product Marketing hire). Own product messaging and positioning for a technical B2B SaaS audience, driving adoption through go-to-market strategy and enablement.
Key Missions / Responsibilities
- Shape differentiated value communication for a technical, discerning market; drive messaging and positioning across go-to-market channels and assets.
- Lead the marketing side of the product release process, partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ship a high-velocity roadmap with impact.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for new features, capabilities, integrations, and partnerships—covering narrative development through execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading end-to-end go-to-market for product launches.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience for technical products or technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging, including competitive/market opportunity assessment.
- Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders: technical customers, engineers, and GTM leadership/analysts.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication; experience creating high-impact content and enablement assets.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- High-agency, entrepreneurial mindset; excited to build the function from scratch.
