About the role

Role overview

Founding Mobile Engineer to build the mobile foundation for CrisPRO.ai’s conversational AI co-pilot. You’ll deliver iOS/Android experiences that help oncologists and patients access unified care plans and real-time, evidence-backed AI insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop cross-platform mobile apps for iOS/Android using React Native or Flutter.
  • Integrate mobile features with backend APIs, including:
    • WIWFM predictions
    • trial matching
    • toxicity prevention
  • Implement secure, HIPAA-compliant data handling for patient genomic data.
  • Optimize mobile performance to support real-time AI insights used in clinical settings (e.g., synthetic lethality analysis).
  • Partner with design and product to create intuitive clinician/patient user experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years mobile development experience, preferably in healthcare apps.
  • Proficiency in React Native and/or Swift and/or Kotlin, including API integration experience.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and secure data practices (HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Strong motivation to build tools that improve patient outcomes in oncology.

Nice to have

  • Experience with healthcare APIs and FHIR standards.
  • Background in bioinformatics or computational biology.
  • Experience with real-time data visualization on mobile.
