Founding ML/Data Product Lead

Role overview

As the Founding ML/Data Product Lead at Orum, you will own the end-to-end vision and roadmap for Orum’s data products. You’ll work closely with AI/ML and data-focused engineers to prototype models quickly and drive them into production.

Key missions / responsibilities

• Define and manage the roadmap for Orum’s data products, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to bring ideas to production, from rapid model prototyping to shipping product features.
• Identify and define new, data-driven product opportunities, generating innovative ideas that deliver meaningful customer value.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and experimental mindset, including designing, running, and interpreting experiments.
• Deep technical foundation in software engineering and/or data science.
• Experience taking ML products from prototype to production in a fast-paced product environment.
• Strong background building ML-driven or data-oriented products.
• Experience operating in startup conditions.
• Proven ability to ship user-facing ML products.
• 0–1 founding experience.
• Experience building agentic tools.
