Role: Founding Implementation Lead (NHS)

You will build Heim’s Delivery function while running deployments that support large-scale rollouts of Heim software across the NHS and social care. Your work will shape real, day-to-day operations for clinical teams and continuously feed learnings back into the product.

Responsibilities

• Lead NHS deployments end to end: own the full implementation lifecycle from contract mobilisation and governance kick-off, through structured discovery, to go-live and embedded business-as-usual use.
• Run phased, multi-team rollouts: coordinate activities, timelines, dependencies, and resources across cohorts; keep milestones on track and brief the right stakeholders at the right time.
• Information governance & NHS readiness: own DPIA support, data flow sign-off, and information governance steps that gate go-live, working with Heim’s Clinical Safety Officer and Trust governance leads.
• De-risk deployments early: identify operational, clinical, technical, and political blockers early and prepare mitigation plans before they affect the timeline or partner relationship.
• Earn engagement and adoption: be the trusted face of Heim within each Trust—someone who understands both the service and the product and can drive meaningful, sustained adoption.
• Create the “deployment craft”: establish the playbooks, processes, and frameworks that make the next deployment—and the ten after it—significantly better.

• Deliver a fixed scope on time.
• Turn stakeholder engagement into adoption that persists after you leave.
• Route learnings from deployments back into product decisions.
