About the role
Role: Founding Designer (AI Super-Agent Startup)
Join Saragossa as the founding designer and own the entire design function from the start.
What you’ll do
- Set design standards and define what “great design” looks like at the company
- Build design processes and establish the design culture from scratch
- Design, prototype, and ship continuously as the product scales
- Partner closely with engineers; work in an environment without slow approval chains
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate building and shipping
- See your work go live quickly and observe user response in real time
What you need
- Engineering-driven design mindset and comfort working alongside engineers
- Senior-level UX design experience (UX design is second nature)
- Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools
Nice to have
- Experience operating at startup speed with minimal governance and strong ownership
Compensation & work model
- Salary: $225,000–$300,000 (depending on experience)
- Work: Fully remote (United States)
