Role overview

Saff’s Founder Residence is a six-week residency programme (not salaried employment) for Muslim founders who have already shipped and have early traction.

What you’ll do

• Move into a shared house in London with nine other founders.
• Build a go-to-market system for your company.
• Create a live pipeline by engineering buyer meetings during the season.
• Close with a demo day where many attendees are buyers.

What you get

• Residency fully covered: travel, stay, food, and production.
• Mentors in residence, plus visiting operators and angels.
• Weekly angel dinners.
• Capital offer (within guardrails): £20k to £100k, structured around your stage.
• London demo day with investors and buyers who watched you build.
• A personal episode arc and lifetime seat in the Saff alumni row.

Who you’re looking for (requirements)

• You’re already building: you have shipped a product with real users or early revenue.
• You can commit for the full six weeks living and building in London.
• You are a Muslim founder building across the UK, Europe, or North America (solo or co-founded).
• You can name your five customers that would most change your company.

Nice-to-haves / other notes

• The programme is run under the Positive Action provisions of the Equality Act 2010 in response to underrepresentation of Muslim founders in UK venture capital.
