About the role

You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ensure that customer needs shape our technical roadmap. Your responsibilities will include meeting with customers to uncover additional automation opportunities, conducting deep discovery to validate customer problems, managing pilot programs, training and onboarding customers, and relaying business problems and technical details to the EPD teams.
