Role Overview

Forward Deployed Product Manager (Agents) at Siena. You will be embedded with strategic clients to own AI agent outcomes end-to-end, drive deployment success, and translate real-world insights back into product improvements.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

Own AI agent outcomes for strategic accounts end-to-end, including:
- automation rates
- resolution rates
- time-to-value
Deploy agents and identify blockers to progress; collaborate on platform fixes that improve outcomes for future accounts
Work with enterprise CX leaders to design and execute AI transformation roadmaps

What You’ll Do Day to Day

Ship features, write documentation, run demos, and measure what matters
Scope complex technical workflows without relying on an engineer to translate (e.g., webhooks and OAuth flows and other integrations)

Requirements

5+ years experience in PM, solutions engineering, forward deployment, or technical account ownership
AI-native mindset (build workflows and use AI tools such as Claude and Cursor)
Ability to advise CX leaders on organizational design, process optimization, and transformation strategy
Ability to diagnose deployment issues as technical vs. operational vs. stakeholder-driven and prioritize accordingly
Deep understanding of customer problems and what great CX looks like

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with forward deployment / technical account ownership in enterprise environments
Track record of adapting in a fast-moving startup environment while building strong teammate relationships
