Role overview

Forward Deployed AI Engineer (Remote, US; some travel) You will be a highly technical, customer-facing engineer acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. The role focuses on deploying, monitoring, evaluating, and improving ML and GenAI applications in production.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise customers on AI, GenAI, and ML best practices
• Work closely with customer ML and LLM engineering teams
• Deliver technical demos and workshops
• Support customers throughout the AI development lifecycle
• Conduct strategic business reviews alongside Sales
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions
• Drive adoption, expansion, and long-term customer success

Requirements

• Experience building or supporting ML/GenAI/AI applications in production
• Strong understanding of model development, deployment, evaluation, and monitoring
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and/or agents and modern AI frameworks
• Familiarity with tools such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Programming experience in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, or similar
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical and business audiences

Nice to have

• Customer-facing experience in Solutions Engineering / Architecture / Professional Services / Consulting / Customer Success Engineering
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
• Experience presenting technical solutions to executive stakeholders
