Role Overview

You’ll be a hands-on Flutter Mobile Developer focused on innovation rather than just shipping predefined features. The role emphasizes turning ambiguous ideas into validated mobile solutions, balancing rapid experimentation with long-term platform stability, scalability, and quality.

Responsibilities

Partner with product, design, data, and business stakeholders to frame problems and define hypotheses
Translate ideas into experiments, mobile prototypes, and validated outcomes
Build and iterate rapid prototypes using analytics and experimentation
Influence mobile architecture, frameworks, and platform decisions
Balance speed, learning, quality, and scalability when building
Write clean, performant, and secure mobile code
Optimize for performance, reliability, and accessibility
Provide technical guidance and architectural input to mobile engineers
Help transition validated concepts into production systems

Requirements

5+ years of professional mobile development experience
Flutter is required (cross-platform)
Native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin) experience
Strong understanding of mobile architecture and platform best practices
Proven ability to work with incomplete or evolving requirements
Experience building prototypes and production mobile applications
Familiarity with mobile analytics, experimentation, and CI/CD tooling
Strong systems thinking, problem framing, and communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

Deep experience with platform evolution and scaling across mobile ecosystems
