Role Overview

You will be a Flutter developer primarily responsible for hands-on development and code review. You will leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to improve productivity for coding, debugging, and testing, while still operating as a core software engineer.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across Flutter for mobile (iOS/Android), web, and Windows.
• Integrate and manage third-party APIs, RESTful services, and internal API tools.
• Develop iOS and Android mobile applications and implement core modules:
  • trading
  • account
  • market data
• Implement real-time communication using WebSockets:
  • push real-time market data
  • handle order status and account changes
• Optimize UI/UX for trading experiences:
  • build trading interfaces and market data displays
  • create data visualization components (e.g., K-line charts, data tables)
  • support multi-language and multi-currency display
• Implement business functions and logic:
  • order submission, cancellation, query
  • account management, position query, fund flow
  • risk alerts and compliance checks
• Perform technical optimization:
  • improve app startup speed and runtime performance
  • implement caching and offline support
  • maintain code quality and maintainability

Requirements

Must Have

• 2 to 3+ years of Flutter development with complete project experience.
• Proficient in Dart and the Flutter framework.
• Familiar with state management: Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.
• Proficient in REST API and WebSocket development.
• Experience with data persistence and caching strategies.
• Preferably experience developing financial/trading applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience with securities trading systems or financial apps.
• Experience developing charting components using TradingView library.
• Understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, microservices).
• Experience with internationalization (multi-language, multi-currency).
• Performance optimization and memory management experience.
