Flutter Developer (Remote)

Role Overview

Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring and ensure a smooth, efficient candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting through onboarding.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit against role requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support candidate selection.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote GrabJobs as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
