About the role
Role Overview
Flutter Developer (Mobile Application Development) for a long-term remote engagement. You will build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter (Dart)
- Build UI using widgets, manage layouts, and implement navigation
- Apply state management patterns to deliver responsive app experiences
- Integrate REST APIs and handle asynchronous data
- Work with mobile app architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture
- Integrate supporting platform features such as Firebase, local storage, and push notifications
- Use Git and follow Agile development practices
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
- Contribute to AI-assisted development workflows using tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cline, or Codex
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
- Solid understanding of widgets, layouts, navigation, and state management
- Experience integrating REST APIs and asynchronous data
- Familiarity with Git and Agile
- Knowledge of mobile app architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
- Exposure to Firebase, local storage, or push notifications
- Basic understanding of Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift)
- Experience with CI/CD for mobile apps
Nice-to-haves / Additional Signals
- Experience with AI Assistant Development using Cursor/Copilot/Claude Code/Cline/Codex (or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
