Role: Flutter Developer

Join We Studio to contribute to mobile app projects and help deliver high-quality digital solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and objectives
• Design, develop, and implement Flutter solutions aligned with project goals and best practices
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve outcomes
• Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle (updates, feedback)
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during execution
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies
• Document code, processes, and project information for knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience with Flutter and related mobile development skills
• Strong understanding of relevant tools/platforms/methodologies (not specified)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
