Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join Datapizza. You will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to help clients make informed business decisions, turning findings into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to understand data needs.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for streamlined data collection and processing.
• Support data models and algorithms for predictive analytics initiatives.
• Stay current with best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in a technology-driven environment).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and one or more: Python and R (or other data analysis tools).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills to present insights to diverse audiences.

Nice-to-Haves

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in predictive analytics initiatives and automated pipeline development.
