Role Overview

Seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The goal is to improve clients’ online visibility, engagement, and conversion rates using strategic planning and analytics-driven execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts (content scheduling, community engagement, performance analysis).
• Create platform-specific content (text, images, videos).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve future strategy and ROI.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights.
• Manage advertising budgets and oversee paid campaigns for effective spend and reach.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
• Prepare detailed reports with performance insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing tools such as:
  • Google Analytics
  • Facebook Business Manager
  • Other social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational skills.
