About the role

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team as a Flutter Developer – AI Trainer. You’ll help advance AI development by completing programming tasks and evaluating AI-generated code, with fully remote work and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)

Preferred

Experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer
Kotlin experience
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Work Details

Fully remote: work from anywhere in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
Flexible schedule: choose which projects you take and when
Assessment required after account signup (paid work available after passing)
Pay: projects are hourly, starting at $50–$100+/hr (higher rates possible with strong performance)
