Role overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team to help develop and train cutting-edge AI systems. This is a flexible, fully remote role focused on completing programming tasks—particularly Android development—while writing clear code and explanations.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems (emphasis on Android development)
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Prior experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Engineer/Programmer is preferred

Preferred qualifications

Kotlin experience
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Logistics & pay

Fully remote within: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
Flexible schedule; choose which projects to take on and when
Paid hourly (starting $50–$100+/hr), with higher-paying projects available for strong performance
