About the role

Role Overview

As a Flutter Developer – AI Trainer on the DataAnnotation coding team, you’ll help advance AI systems by completing programming tasks and training activities. The work is fully remote, paid hourly, and lets you choose which projects to take on and when.

Responsibilities

  • Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
  • Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
  • Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
  • Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
  • Preferred: prior experience as a Software Developer / Engineer / Coder / Programmer

Preferred / Nice-to-haves

  • Kotlin experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Work Model & Compensation

  • Fully remote (US/Canada/UK/Ireland/Australia/New Zealand only)
  • Flexible schedule (choose projects and working times)
  • Hourly pay starting at $50–$100+/hr; higher-paying projects possible with strong performance
  • Payment via PayPal
