About the role

Role overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team as a Flutter Developer – AI Trainer. You’ll help train AI systems by solving real programming tasks, writing clear code and explanations, and providing feedback that improves future AI model performance. Work is fully remote and you can choose which projects to take and when to work.

Responsibilities

Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development.
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
Provide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.
Preferred: Kotlin experience.

Nice-to-haves

Prior experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer.

Compensation & logistics

Hourly pay, up to $60 USD/hour, with opportunities for higher-paying projects based on performance.
Payment via PayPal.
