About the role

Role overview

Work as a Flutter Developer – AI Trainer on DataAnnotation’s coding team. You’ll help develop and improve AI systems by completing programming tasks and evaluating AI-generated code, with fully remote work and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development.
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
Strong writing and grammar skills.
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
Preference for prior experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Software Engineer/Programmer.

Preferred / additional skills

Kotlin experience.
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C++, C#, React, Go, Java, Swift.

Work style & logistics

Fully remote within supported countries.
Paid work is hourly via the platform (PayPal for payments).
Work availability begins after a short assessment (serves as an interview).
