About the role
Role Overview
Join DataAnnotation’s coding team as a Flutter Developer – AI Trainer. You’ll contribute to training AI systems by solving and evaluating programming tasks, with a fully remote workflow and a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development.
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
- Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.
Requirements
- Fluent English (native or bilingual).
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- Preferred: previous experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer.
Preferred / Additional Skills
- Kotlin experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.
Work Model & Pay
- Fully remote with availability across the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Flexible schedule: choose projects and working times.
- Hourly pay (up to $60 USD/hour), paid via PayPal.
