About the role
Role Overview
Contribute to training and improving AI systems as a Flutter Developer – AI Trainer. You’ll work remotely with flexible scheduling, choosing projects that fit your availability while helping refine intelligent systems through coding tasks and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
- Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
- Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
- Preferred: previous experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Software Engineer/Programmer
- Preferred: Kotlin experience
- Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
Compensation & Logistics
- Fully remote (available in: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand)
- Flexible schedule: select projects and when you work
- Paid hourly, up to $60 USD/hour (higher-paying projects possible with strong performance)
