Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team as an AI Trainer (Flutter Developer - AI Trainer). You’ll build and evaluate code solutions that help train cutting-edge AI systems, with a strong emphasis on Android development.

Responsibilities

Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development.
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
Previous experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer (preferred).

Nice-to-Haves

Preferred: Kotlin experience.
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.

Working Model & Logistics

Fully remote with a flexible schedule (choose projects and when you work).
After account signup, you complete a short assessment; if you pass, you receive email confirmation and paid work becomes available via the platform.
Pay: hourly, up to $60 USD/hour; higher-paying opportunities may be available with strong performance.
Payments are made via PayPal.
