Flutter Developer - AI Trainer

Role overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team to contribute to developing and training AI systems. This role is paid and uses a platform-based workflow with flexibility in what projects you take and when you work.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
• Preferred: prior experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Software Engineer/Programmer

Preferred / nice-to-haves

• Kotlin experience
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C++, C#, React, Go, Java, Swift

Work style & compensation

• Fully remote for eligible countries
• Flexible schedule based on project availability
• Hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour, with potential for higher-paying projects based on performance
• Payment via PayPal
