About the role

Role overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team as a Flutter Developer – AI Trainer. You’ll help build and refine AI systems by completing programming tasks that train models, write clear code and explanations, and evaluate AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that directly helps improve the next generation of AI models

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Preferred: experience with Kotlin
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Preferred: prior experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer

Pay & logistics

Fully remote and flexible schedule
Paid hourly (up to $60 USD/hour), with potential for higher-paying projects based on performance
Work is paid via PayPal
Role availability limited to: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
