About the role

Role Overview

As a Flutter Developer – AI Trainer on DataAnnotation’s coding team, you’ll help build and improve cutting-edge AI systems. Work is fully remote and you can set your own schedule, choosing projects that fit your availability.

Responsibilities

Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development.
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and provide detailed explanations.
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.

Preferred

Experience in Kotlin.
Previous experience as a Software Developer / Software Engineer / Programmer.

Logistics & Compensation

Fully remote: available to people in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
Paid hourly (projects): up to $60 USD/hour with opportunities for higher-paying projects based on performance.
Payment handled via PayPal; no money is requested from applicants.
