About the role

Role: Flutter Developer

Remote, part-time position with long-term stability.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality mobile apps using Flutter for iOS and Android
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features
Participate in code reviews and help ensure code quality and best practices
Write clean, efficient, well-documented code
Troubleshoot bugs and address performance issues
Stay up to date with industry trends and apply relevant improvements
Assist with planning and estimation of development tasks
Contribute to continuous improvement and regular team communication

Requirements

2+ years hands-on experience with Flutter
Proven experience building mobile apps for iOS and/or Android
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
Familiarity with Git and Jira
Strong problem-solving and proactive troubleshooting
Fluent English (written and verbal)
Availability for meetings between 9:00 am–1:00 pm EST
Willingness to complete identity verification

Nice to have

4+ years overall software development experience
Comfort with lengthy technical assessments and fast onboarding
