Role overview

Join DataAnnotation as a Programming Specialist (Flutter Developer) in a remote position. You’ll work on diverse coding and evaluation tasks that directly support AI training and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems integral to AI system training (with emphasis on Android development)
Write clear, efficient, high-quality code snippets with detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that improves training outcomes and model functionality
Collaborate to refine problem sets, develop new challenges, and improve the platform
Manage schedule and project selection to balance workload effectively

Requirements

Native/bilingual English proficiency
Proficiency in at least one of: Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
Android development experience highly preferred
Strong grasp of coding best practices and data evaluation techniques
Bachelor’s degree in CS/software engineering or related field required (completed or in progress)
Excellent writing and grammar skills to clearly communicate technical concepts
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to AI training processes
