About the role

Role overview

Join DataAnnotation’s remote coding team as a Flutter Developer. You’ll work on challenging programming tasks that help train and refine AI systems, collaborating on feature-rich app development and reviewing AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

Design and develop coding problems/snippets used to train AI systems, with a focus on Android development when applicable
Write clear, efficient, high-quality code plus comprehensive explanations to support understanding and further development
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity, and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to the iterative refinement of AI models by sharing insights based on coding evaluations
Collaborate with team members to maintain quality and consistency of tasks and deliverables

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Strong writing and grammar skills to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
Availability to work within: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand

Preferred / Nice to have

Experience as a Software Developer / Engineer / Coder / Programmer (preferred, not required)
Preferred Kotlin experience
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
