Flutter Developer

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Flutter Developer with 7+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS. You’ll collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver seamless, scalable user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust Flutter (Dart) mobile applications with strong performance and usability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create engaging user experiences and innovative features.
• Ensure apps are responsive and scalable across iOS and Android.
• Debug and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance issues to maintain app stability.
• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient code following best practices and architectural guidelines.
• Stay current with updates in Flutter and mobile app technologies and share learnings.
• Improve development processes, including testing, deployment, and integration workflows.
• Support deployment via CI/CD pipelines and assist with post-release troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation and ensure delivery against timelines and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Flutter and Dart; strong portfolio of mobile apps for Android and iOS.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Firebase or other backend technologies.
• Working knowledge of Git and mobile application architecture best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an Agile environment.

Nice to Have

• Native mobile experience with Kotlin and Swift.
• State management: Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mobile design principles.
• Healthcare domain experience and prior CVS experience (including CVS manager name and CVS ID).
