About the role

Role Overview

Join the remote team as a Flutter Developer on a part-time basis. You’ll work on multiple projects and collaborate with lead developers and project managers across the full mobile app lifecycle—design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, efficient, scalable mobile apps using Flutter
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and best practices
Build user interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience across devices
Integrate third-party APIs and services per project requirements
Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications for performance and stability
Maintain documentation for code, features, and workflows
Stay current with industry trends and adopt new technologies when appropriate
Communicate progress and risks to team members and stakeholders

Requirements

2+ years hands-on experience with Flutter
Proven mobile app development experience for iOS and/or Android
Strong knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns
Experience with Git and Jira
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Fluent English (written and verbal)
Availability for meetings 9am–1pm EST, with flexibility outside those hours
Willingness to complete identity verification
Comfortable completing technical assessments and joining quickly

4+ years overall software development experience
