Flutter Application Developer

Role Overview

Mobile Application Developer at LifeMD, joining a small team to build and enhance the company’s flagship cross-platform telehealth mobile application. You’ll design, develop, and maintain the app that connects patients with healthcare providers for timely consultations.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect core components of a modern cross-platform mobile application
• Write clean, efficient code and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, functional, and performance tests
• Help integrate middleware and backend services where applicable
• Prepare and validate release builds, document deployment procedures, and support smooth rollouts
• Maintain and support post-deployment releases including troubleshooting and updates
• Provide strategic input and collaborate on the technical direction of the platform
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 2+ years building complex mobile apps for iOS or Android using Flutter
• Experience working with remote data via REST or gRPC and integrating third-party libraries/APIs
• Experience with Firebase or other NoSQL databases
• Successfully shipped at least one app to the iOS App Store and/or Google Play Store
• Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OOP)
• Experience with cloud services such as databases, object storage, message queues, API gateways, functions, and VPCs using GCP or AWS
• Strong communication and time-management skills
