About the role

Role Overview

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) & Business Analytics Manager is a newly created, hands-on role reporting to the CFO. You will partner with executive leadership and business unit leaders to strengthen financial planning, KPI reporting, forecasting, and core planning processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the FP&A, business analytics, and management reporting functions
  • Improve and enhance planning processes and KPI reporting
  • Build reporting for senior management and the Board
  • Support lender and private equity reporting
  • Perform acquisition analysis and business analytics
  • Work on financial systems and special projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of FP&A/business analytics experience
  • Experience in mid-sized, high-growth, private equity-backed organizations
  • Strong quantitative skills with advanced Excel
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and improve key financial metrics (multi-location, multi-entity environment)
  • Experience with budgeting, planning, and reporting platforms such as:
    • Sage Intacct
    • Power BI (or similar tools)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across teams
  • Motivated, strategic, hands-on professional with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Integrity, maturity, and sound judgment

Nice to Have

  • Prior professional services / managed service (MSO) industry experience
  • MBA
