Role Overview

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) & Business Analytics Manager is a newly created, hands-on role reporting to the CFO. You will partner with executive leadership and business unit leaders to strengthen financial planning, KPI reporting, forecasting, and core planning processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the FP&A, business analytics, and management reporting functions
Improve and enhance planning processes and KPI reporting
Build reporting for senior management and the Board
Support lender and private equity reporting
Perform acquisition analysis and business analytics
Work on financial systems and special projects

Requirements

5+ years of FP&A/business analytics experience
Experience in mid-sized, high-growth, private equity-backed organizations
Strong quantitative skills with advanced Excel
Ability to identify, analyze, and improve key financial metrics (multi-location, multi-entity environment)
Experience with budgeting, planning, and reporting platforms such as:
- Sage Intacct
- Power BI (or similar tools)
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across teams
Motivated, strategic, hands-on professional with strong ownership and follow-through
Integrity, maturity, and sound judgment

Nice to Have

Prior professional services / managed service (MSO) industry experience
MBA
