Finance & Strategy Manager

Role Overview

The Finance & Strategy Manager will report to the Head of Finance and work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. You’ll use metrics-driven insights to support decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve core financial models and forecasting processes, including profitability drivers
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Ops to evaluate opportunities and build financial analyses
• Turn ambiguous business questions into structured, actionable insights (explain what happened and why)
• Conduct performance analysis across business segments to surface growth opportunities, risks, and areas needing attention
• Build business cases for new initiatives (e.g., market sizing through expected ROI) and track performance after launch
• Lead strategic initiatives such as new category launches and go-to-market campaigns with measurable financial impact

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategic finance/business operations in a high-growth tech environment
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills; proven ability to tackle ambiguity and deliver clear insights
• Advanced analytical skills with SQL or data analysis experience preferred (or strong desire to learn)
• AI tool fluency (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for accelerating analysis and research
• Excellent communication and influence skills; able to align teams and present to leadership
• High attention to detail, bias for action, and a self-starter mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in strategic finance supporting growth initiatives and GTM
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new analytical tools quickly
