Finance Manager, Revenue

Role Overview

Attentive is hiring a Finance Manager for Revenue FP&A to translate topline performance into forecasts, insights, and decision support. You’ll partner with GTM, Customer Success, RevOps, BI/data, and other finance teams to identify growth levers, assess risks and opportunities, and help leadership make better revenue-related decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and BI/data to identify core drivers of revenue performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build, maintain, and improve revenue forecast models for usage-based and recurring revenue to support budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting.
• Enhance recurring revenue reporting and executive presentations, surfacing key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Use GPT/AI to develop new analysis approaches for customer, segment, and cohort data, informing recommendations across pricing/packaging, opportunity prioritization, pipeline creation, and renewal strategy.
• Create analyses to stress-test assumptions for strategic initiatives (new products, GTM motions, segments, pricing/product changes).
• Distill complex financial and operational data into concise executive-ready narratives and polished presentations.
• Improve repeatable reporting, modeling, and planning workflows using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Snowflake, Looker, Salesforce, Anaplan, and AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A / strategic finance / investment banking / strategy consulting / private equity / business operations / corporate finance.
• Strong curiosity and ability to build clean, flexible analyses.

Nice to Have / Implied

• Experience partnering cross-functionally across GTM and executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analysis (GPT) and data-driven forecasting for revenue.

Reporting Line

• Reports to the Senior Director of GTM FP&A, who reports to the CFO.
